Cancelling & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance: You'll receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: We unfortunately can't offer a refund, but you may be eligible to reschedule your appointment one time. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Rescheduled appointments: Please note that rescheduled appointments cannot be rescheduled again and are non-refundable.

Arriving Late or Not at All

Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered cancelled, and the above policy applies.

No shows: If you do not show up to your appointment than you forfeit your appointment and you will not be refunded.

Emergencies

An emergency is a serious, unexpected, and often dangerous situation requiring immediate action. If an emergency has caused you to miss your appointment, email me as soon as possible at founder@mysticspectrum.com, sharing that due to an emergency, you were/are unable to make your appointment.

In the case of a missed appointment due to an emergency, I am more than willing to reschedule our appointment.

  • In my practice, I believe there's no such thing as a 'bad' Tarot reading. Each card, whether it feels challenging or comforting, is neutral. Something that seems good can have a challenging impact while something that seems bad can offer us a gift. The cards highlight what's harmonious and what might be out of balance. Think of it as a cosmic check-up. It’s not about good or bad; it's about awareness and insight. Embrace every card and its message as a guide to realign and harmonize your path.
